Diet, what a four letter word.
I did this diet. Yes, I cheated one dinner with husband and I hate yogurt and milk so I cut one of the days. The last day I only ate fruits and veggies... Okay so I didn't do a very good job at following but this is was much more successful than previous attempts. I also did not drink the recommended amount of water. I lost 5 pounds in six days and I wasn't hungry. In fact it curbed my appetite a lot. This makes me happy because with over a month in a half of serious exercise I only gained weight. Later this week I plan to repeat the diet to shed a few more pounds and tie it in with some swimming. :) I also want to do a better job at following it.
The point is, I like it.
